Other specifications and soldering method for  Soundco S508 stereo male plug:

  • To connect a line, headphone or microphone to a Sandco S508 stereo male jack, we connect a strand of wire, which is mainly marked with silver or black coating, to the middle base, solder the red or copper wire to the short base. Solder the shielded wire to the long base.
  • For a flawless and effective soldering, first remove the cable sheath and twist the wire strands together
  • Then solder them separately. We do this for the connector surface as well.
  • If you use 63% solder wire, there is no need to use soldering oil. Because this connector is a very good substrate for receiving tin.
  • We place the wire that has been previously tinned separately on the connector base and gently connect these two surfaces with the tip of the soldering iron.
